In the first week - Assess

• Play with timing and exercise

In the second week - Manage

• Reduce the number of spikes after eating - ideally minimise the spikes above 140mg/dl (7.8mmol/l)
• Reduce overall blood glucose variability
• Reduce your average glucose and

After signing up, you will receive an email from Nutri-Q within the next 24 hours to fill up an Initial Interview Questionnaire that will ask about your health concerns and general health history. 

Once the Nutri-Q Questionnaire is done, you will be reached via email to schedule the free 20-30 minute consultation. 

Bio-individual approach to health coaching. 

Use of health history via health questionnaires you filled up before the session and through conversation with you to provide the health coaching session.
