Terms and Conditions

1. Health Coaching Services

1.1. The Nutritional Coach agrees to provide health coaching services to the Client to support and guide the Client in achieving their health and wellness goals. The specific services to be provided shall be outlined in the health coaching package or program selected by the Client.

1.2. The Nutritional Coach will make reasonable efforts to keep all information shared by the Client during the coaching sessions confidential, except as required by law or with the Client's express permission.

1.3. The Client acknowledges that the Nutritional Coach is not a licensed medical professional and that health coaching services do not constitute medical advice or treatment. The Client is encouraged to seek advice from qualified medical professionals for any medical concerns or conditions.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. The Client agrees to actively participate in the health coaching process, be open to feedback and suggestions, and commit to making positive changes in their lifestyle and habits.

2.2. The Client acknowledges that the success of the health coaching relationship depends on their willingness to take responsibility for their own health and well-being.

2.3. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to the Nutritional Coach to ensure effective coaching sessions.

3. Payment and Refunds

3.1. The Client shall pay the agreed-upon fees for the health coaching services as specified in the selected coaching package or program.

3.2. Payment is due in full before the commencement of the health coaching services, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.3. Refunds for health coaching services are subject to the terms outlined in the selected coaching package or program. In general, refunds will not be issued after the health coaching sessions have commenced.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

4.2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or unavailability on the part of the Nutritional Coach, the Client will be offered the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. The Nutritional Coach agrees to keep all information shared by the Client during the coaching sessions confidential, except as required by law or with the Client's express permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Nutritional  Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the health coaching services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.

By engaging in the health coaching services provided by the Nutritional Coach, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
